How soon can I get the samples?
Samples send out by DHL or UPS, Fedex, lead time is 4~5 days.
What is the payment term?
For trial order, we accept Paypalor T/T in deposit 30%, 70% before ship out. For repeat order, we accept L/Cand open credit (OA) and westunion are also available.
Where are the Video ports on the back of the computer?
There are many kinds of linked video and audio ports, we can do any port on the back of the computer on the motherboard and on the back of the TV, your computer may use Display Port, DVI, or VGA technology.
What are the different lengths of video & Audio cables?
The length of video & Audio cables varies significantly. They can run from one foot up to 50 feet, though it's not recommended that users buy more than a 25 foot cable as it may result in signal degradation or loss.
